Job Description

The AI Tools and Analytics Developer is responsible for leveraging existing AI and automation technologies to enhance software development processes, improve workflow efficiency, and support project delivery.
Requirements
- Implement and customize AI-powered tools to support product management and engineering teams to streamline processes.
- Manage small to mid-scale technical projects that integrate AI tools into existing workflows.
- Automate repetitive or manual processes using low-code/no-code AI platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and data teams to identify opportunities, write requirements and review plans for AI-assisted improvements.
- Document best practices and provide technical guidance on the use of AI tools across teams.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging AI productivity tools and recommend adoption strategies.
- Maintain process documentation and assist in rolling out new processes to the organization.
- Assist in building dashboards to analyze key data using available tools (e.g. Tableau, JIRA, etc.)
