Requirements
- 7+ years of direct, outside sales experience in enterprise software solutions
- Experience selling Cloud, SaaS, and AI-based solutions in customer experience, contact center, and workforce engagement management
- Proven track record developing strategic relationships with enterprise accounts
- Ability to communicate the company's strategic vision and unique capabilities to customers
- Experience developing marketing and prospecting plans for territory growth
