User Experience Designer

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in user experience design
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or a related field
• Proficiency with Figma and low-fi collaboration tools like Miro/FigJam
• Experience with various UX research methodologies
• Ability to connect design to product strategy and user needs
• Good communication skills, capable of clearly presenting design ideas and gathering feedback across teams
