Conseiller(ère) juridique / Legal Counsel

We're looking for a Legal Counsel who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can handle a variety of agreements, advise and support the Human Resources team, and provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance across departments.

Requirements

• Member in good standing with the Quebec Bar or another Canadian Bar, with residence in the Greater Montreal area
• Minimum of 5 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
• Proven negotiation and problem-solving capabilities, combining sound legal judgment, creativity, and practical business instincts to deliver effective solutions
• Highly collaborative professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and builds strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders across global teams and time zones
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive, demonstrating initiative, ownership, and a strong commitment to supporting business objectives
• Familiarity with international legal frameworks and corporate governance practices
• Intellectual curiosity and strong adaptability, with a keen interest in exploring new areas of law and actively contributing to the success of the legal team
• Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)
