Job Description
The Partner Success Specialist APAC will manage relationships with over 1000 partner companies, coordinating SDK training initiatives, providing development tools, and ensuring smooth partner interactions. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
Requirements
- Prior experience in coordination, account management, or customer service roles
- Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering effective teamwork with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a process-oriented approach
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English
