Job Description
Genezen is seeking a Sr. Engineer to contribute to the success of manufacturing of clinical and commercial gene therapy products. This role involves process technology transfer, GMP manufacturing support, QC/QA contributions, and client communication. The company focuses on providing process development, produce GMP viral vectors, and cell transduction services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related scientific discipline
- Master's Degree in Engineering or related scientific discipline
- 6+ (BS) or 4+ (MS) years of relevant experience in gene therapy or biotechnology industry
- Experience with process development/analytical development/MSAT or GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Proficiency in statistical analysis of process data (generation and trending control charts, linear regression and multivariate analysis)
- Strong communication skills at individual, team, and organizational levels
