The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, managing vendor inquiries related to payments, and reconciling accounts payable transactions.

Requirements

• Maintain vendor files and records
• Review new vendor requests for onboarding
• Deactivate obsolete supplier records
• Ensure the supplier master file is current and updated
• Coordinate the accounts payable process
• Process invoices on a daily basis
• Verify the proper authorization of invoices
• Record journal entries or accruing expenses
• Prepare payment batches
• Respond to accounts payable inquiries
• Review and reconcile vendor statements
• Provide recommendations for improvements
• Assist in the reconciliation of bank accounts
