Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support, or similar technical role
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Familiarity with network security practices, firewalls, and antivirus programs
• Experience with hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies and IT best practices
