Job Description
Genius Sports is seeking a Head of Venue Operations, Europe to lead the expansion of their operational presence across football and basketball stadiums in Europe. The successful candidate will oversee a team, manage the installation of cutting-edge equipment and systems, and coordinate the rollout of multiple concurrent league deployments.
Requirements
- 5+ years in venue operations/engineering
- 3+ years in a management/leadership role overseeing a large team/department
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with challenges and be efficient under pressure
- Highly analytical mindset
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Rudimentary knowledge of networking (fibre/switches/cat6)
- Valid driving license/passport and experience with travelling
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
