Job Description
As an Onsite Technical Hardware Support, you will be the first line of support for Genius Sports' hardware infrastructure at sports venues. Your mission is to maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure the correct operation of the Dragon tracking systems and video streaming hardware used in elite stadiums.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of networking hardware (Ethernet/fibre, switches, servers, routers)
- Comfortable using laptops for diagnostics and basic configuration
- Experience with hand tools, camera mounts, cable management
