Head of Marketing

GenLayer Labs is seeking a Head of Marketing to drive the execution and scaling of their marketing initiatives. The role focuses on accelerating growth, optimizing user acquisition, and deepening community engagement to establish the company as a leader in the decentralized AI and blockchain space. Requirements

• Proven track record in senior marketing roles (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or similar) within high-growth blockchain, web3, or technology companies.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing leadership with substantial exposure to the blockchain or web3 ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain protocols.
• Demonstrated success in scaling companies through effective marketing strategies.
• Hands-on leadership with the ability to execute campaigns and guide a growing team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.
• Established network within the blockchain/web3 community.
• Strong online presence (X/Twitter or other relevant platforms).
