Associate Director, Third Party Due Diligence & Risk

Genmab is seeking an Associate Director, Third Party Due Diligence & Risk to lead and improve global third-party due diligence and risk management practices. The role will involve leading a small team, working closely with cross-functional teams, and representing Procurement in internal governance forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in procurement, compliance, or vendor risk management, ideally within biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience leading or improving third-party due diligence and risk management processes
• Working knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (FCPA, GDPR, GxP, ESG reporting)
• Experience with risk or sustainability assessment tools is an advantage
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance compliance and agility in a fast-paced, high-growth biotech environment
• Solid analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communicator, skilled at building cross-functional relationships
• A pragmatic leader who thrives in a lean, high-performing environment
