Genpact is seeking an Assistant Manager, Treasury to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling Treasury operational deliveries, team handling, client management, and process improvements. The role requires extensive knowledge and experience in payments and cross-border payments in banking, with a strong focus on SLA compliance and operational reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum Requirements: MBA(Finance) with relevant Treasury experience (Payment processing in Bank)
• Preferred qualifications: Relevant Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing Treasury/Banking Ops
• Treasury Operations in reputed Corporate/Captive/Business Process set-up in BFSI industry
• Excellent Interpersonal skills to interact with Client
• Treasury/Finance/Forex knowledge is required
• Banking platform knowledge (Wall-street, Quantum), MS Office knowledge, MS Excel skills, Workday is required
• Mandatory Team management skills
• Candidate should be willing to work in US shift timings and working on Indian Holidays
• Candidate needs to have valid passport for raising Bank accesses
