Assistant Manager, Data Science!

Genpact is seeking an Assistant Manager, Data Science to shape the future of work and drive business growth. The role involves building analytics solutions, providing data-driven insights, and implementing data science products. The ideal candidate has experience in traditional statistical, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, and a strong understanding of industry trends.

Requirements

• Demonstrated understanding and experience in applying traditional statistical, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and/or graph techniques to address business problems
• Experience in leading both internal and external customer expectations, project planning, execution and project closure
• Shown capability in providing implementable proof of concepts and prototype by working closely with the domain specialist and bring in cloud related services for a quick solution
• Experience in Python/R, SQL, cloud architecture and Shell scripts (exposure to SAS will be an added advantage)
• Must demonstrate personal accountability for driving company growth initiatives in a structured and compliant manner
• Good ability to handle large volumes of data independently
• Able to explain statistical concepts in a user friendly manner. Using effective visualization for conveying the stats model results
