Job Description
Genpact is seeking an Assistant Manager-Financial Planning & Analysis to support the Finance, FP&A team in managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing key performance indicators. The role involves analyzing financial statements, generating revenue reports, and providing financial expertise to Management for revenue improvements and cost reduction.
Requirements
- M.Com/MBA (Finance) equivalent degree with a strong academic record
- Relevant work experience in Finance, good communication skills
- Previous experience in Finance functions
- Strong knowledge on Financial Instruments
- Well versed and hands on experience on Excel & Excel Formulas
- Good MS Office (excel, Power Point, Word) skills
- Good at understanding & analysis of data, report comparisons, variance analysis
- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
- Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule
- Added advantage: VBA / Power BI / Tableau / Basic Python coding skills
