Requirements
- Analyze critical KPIs such as OTIF, TAT, freight cost, and route performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for service failures and implement corrective actions.
- Design and maintain advanced dashboards and reports for leadership insights.
- Support TMS/WMS enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and process documentation.
- Standardize SOPs and drive capability-building initiatives across teams.
- Lead automation and optimization projects to improve cost efficiency and speed.
