Business Analyst - Procurement, Supply Chain Management

Genpact is looking for a Business Analyst - Procurement, Supply Chain Management to assist in the procurement process, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and basic knowledge of MS Office and procurement concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain concepts (preferred, not mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain concepts
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Time management and ability to work under deadlines
• Team player with adaptability to learn new tools and processes
