Job Description
Genpact is seeking a Business Analyst - Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and experience in procurement of turbine components. The role involves supporting the Supplier Quality organization with data analysis, aggregation, and reporting of various KPI's, creating scalable webinar marketing programs through automation, and setting up webinars in a global, virtual environment.
Requirements
- University graduate in any discipline
- Sound knowledge of global supplier base supplying valves, instruments, industrial raw materials
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player
- Basic understanding of End to End Sourcing & Procurement processes & its implications in a manufacturing industry
