Job Description
Genpact is seeking a detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer with expertise in API automation using REST Assured and UI automation using Cypress.io to design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for API and UI testing.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for API and UI testing.
- Write and execute automated test cases using REST Assured (API) and Cypress.io (UI).
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Perform test execution, reporting, and defect tracking.
- Work with tools like Postman and Swagger for API validation and documentation.
- Ensure high test coverage and improve test efficiency using modern reporting tools like Allure or Extent Reports.
- Contribute to a scalable QA strategy and continuously enhance testing processes.
