Lead Consultant - Network Security Engineer – Firewall Operations (L2) 

Genpact is hiring a Lead Consultant - Network Security Engineer – Firewall Operations (L2) to build the future with AI, perform day-to-day firewall monitoring and administration, execute approved firewall rule changes, support NAT, routing, and policy configuration updates, validate firewall changes post-implementation, and investigate firewall-related connectivity or policy issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Palo Alto training preferred.
• Experience in structured enterprise network operations preferred.
• Good years of experience in enterprise firewall operations.
• Hands-on experience with: Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, Firewall rule administration, and experience working within structured ITSM environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for connectivity and policy-related issues.
• Good documentation and ticket hygiene discipline.
• Database Certifications (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server) are a plus if the role includes integration with databases.
