Lead Consultant, QA

Genpact is seeking a Lead Consultant, QA to design and maintain automation frameworks for API and GUI testing, implement BDD frameworks, and collaborate on test strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in Quality Assurance, Agile methodology, and proficiency in various testing tools and programming languages.

Requirements

• Experience in Quality Assurance working and proficient in executing projects following Agile methodology
• Hand-on performing both manual and automation testing
• Expertise with Cucumber BDD, Selenium web driver, TestNG, Maven, GitHub and Jenkins.
• Working experience with Playwright automation framework
• Strong Core Java and SQL skills
• Ability to work under high-pressure environments and simultaneously lead multiple initiatives
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Generate and maintain detailed automation reports for stakeholders
