Management Trainee

We're looking for a Management Trainee to join our team at Genpact. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for accurate and timely generation and delivery of customer invoices, managing the collection of outstanding accounts receivable, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also be responsible for performing day-to-day operations, resolving billing issues, and maintaining compliance with customer and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Experience working with EDI, customer/vendor portals, or email-based invoice delivery
• Experience supporting US clients or working in an international delivery service model
• Familiarity with US clients and international invoicing best practices
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, ERP systems, and collection tools
• Good understanding of AR processes, credit control, and DSO metrics
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
