Requirements
- Manage 100+ FTEs across different line of businesses
- Provides end-to-end leadership and operational oversight by developing leaders, driving accountability, ensuring SLA performance and SOW compliance, analyzing trends, mitigating risks, and maintaining alignment and operational stability across all teams and lines of business.
- Serves as the primary operational liaison to the client by building trusted relationships, leading performance and risk communications, delivering business reviews and audits, and proactively resolving escalations to maintain client confidence and drive continuous improvement.
- Drives overall people strategy by ensuring workforce health, engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness; partnering with HR on employee relations and performance management; and fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with organizational values.
- Leads cross-functional collaboration with WFM, Quality, Training, IT, HR, and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery, readiness for ramps and new initiatives, and alignment across functions, while driving large-scale process improvements, resolving systemic issues, and maintaining strong governance, documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.
