Manager Data Scientist

Genpact is seeking a Manager Data Scientist to develop and implement cutting-edge generative models using LLM technology to solve complex problems. The ideal candidate will have enterprise-level experience in predictive and NLP model build, validation, and implementation.

Requirements

• Participating and collaborating with operation teams in the organization to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Conducting thorough research on state-of-the-art generative AI techniques and applying them to enhance LLM model capabilities
• Creating models using Classification and Regression techniques and performing Hypothesis Testing and Feature selection
• Using creativity to spot trends and tease out patterns in large datasets
• Analyzing user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys to generate hypothesis and build optimization plans and provide insights for feature improvements
• Mining and analyzing data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development and business strategies
• Continuously thinking on how to improve the analytics infrastructure for the team and automate processes
• Performing deep dive analyses on key business trends from different perspectives and packaging the insights into easily consumable presentations and documents
• Providing thought leadership within the marketing analytics community
