Genpact is seeking a Management Trainee, Accounts Payable to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and experience in Accounts Payable domain. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Accounts Payables operations team, managing processes, and driving improvements.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce (B.com)- MBA – Finance preferred
• Relevant experience in Accounts Payable domain
• Good communication skills, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (in English)
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
• SAP, Mainframe and SAP/HANA, Experience in Blue Yonder
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
• Proven people management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions
