Genpact is seeking a Process Developer, Contract Admin to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing support for data collection, maintaining a detailed understanding of client process and policies, and being proficient with SAP (OTC module).

Requirements

• Significant experience in Contract Admin/ Order management
• B.Com
• SAP knowledge
• End to End OTC knowledge
• Knowledge of Master Data
• Basic knowledge of MS office
• Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
• Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
• Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
• Attention to detail
• Proven understanding on Sales Force
