Job Description
Genpact is seeking a Process Associate - Security Operations Engineering Desk Analyst to deliver frontline security monitoring, investigate alerts, and collaborate with engineering teams to strengthen detection and response capabilities. The role involves serving as the single front door for cybersecurity service requests, performing runbook-based triage, and executing standard actions as defined in approved SOPs/runbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
- Experience in 24×7 operations with shift-based support and disciplined handoff practices
- ITIL foundations (preferred), security operations certifications (preferred: Security+, SC-200 or equivalent practical experience)
