Genpact is seeking a Senior Manager - LDT to shape the future of work. The ideal candidate will have experience in process improvement methodologies and be a certified Black Belt. The role involves providing team leadership, identifying process monetizable opportunities, and driving process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in Process Improvement Methodologies [Lean, Six Sigma and/or Processes Re-engineering, others] – Application & Execution
- Green Belt certification
- Analytics Skills
- Black Belt/ Lean/ any other Quality Certification would be a plus
- Excellent Communication
- Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Organized person with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different tasks
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to handle clients on a one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of Genpact and customer organizations
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
- Incredibly good problem-solving abilities and innovative approach upon
- Particularly good change management abilities
- Energetic personality with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work and act independently
- Coaching skills – the individual should be able to be coaching and organizing less experienced or new team members
