Technical Associate - Data Analyst

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate, Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales intelligence research and data analytics. As a Technical Associate, you will design research approach to discover prospective customers' profile, collect data on prospective customers, and compile and analyze data to make recommendations.

Requirements

• Understand business objectives and design research approach to discover prospective customers' profile
• Collect data on prospective customers and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations
• Verify data quality based on accuracy, completeness, consistency, and validity
• Compile and analyze data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
• Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations
• Profile data based on business requirements - understand data structure, content and interrelationships, and collect informative data summaries
• Use online prospecting tools, systems, and databases
• Remain fully informed on market and research trends, and implement best practices
