Requirements
- Lead multiple aspects of client, team and project coordination
- Manage client relationships and team communication
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ program requirements and standards and policies
- Actively lead a range of project team sizes for successful delivery
- Anticipate and resolve complex technical and design issues with team
- Participate in the production of drawings, specifications and construction administration tasks
- Maintain the project manual and specifications
- Conduct on-site observations and document site reviews
- Process submittals/substitution requests during construction and address RFI
- Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project
- Lead construction meetings with client and contractor
- Lead more junior members of staff
