Requirements
- Advanced degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 15+ years of related architecture and design experience
- Proven background in high-end hospitality and residential projects
- Knowledge of materials and construction techniques
- Deep knowledge of interior design detailing and materials
- Understanding of design stages and deliverables
- Highly proficient in design modeling/visualization tools
- Ability to lead a team and develop collaborative relationships
- Desire to develop and mentor junior team members
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility to work on multiple projects
- Creative, original thinking and technically biased
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
- A quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge in sustainable design principles
- LEED, WELL, Fitwel, LFA or other rating systems accreditation preferable
- Understand key principles for leading and achieving net zero projects
- Capacity to drive sustainability focused discussions with clients and teams
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices required
- Previous experience in sustainable design projects preferred
