Designer - Workplace

We are seeking a Designer with a strong passion for design to collaborate with our Design Directors and design leadership on various workplace projects. As a member of the Workplace team, you will create impactful and memorable experiences that will be remembered for a lifetime.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
• 6+ years of project experience
• Demonstrated project experience of multiple completed projects
• Proficiency creating technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in the use of Revit and other 3D computer design programs
• Strong skills in client relationship management and presentation
• Ability to problem solve both individually and as a part of a project team
• Excellent written + verbal communication and client relationship management skills
• Collaborative and team-conscious
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills
