Technical Designer - Advanced Tech - Junior

We are looking for a Technical Designer to join our Advanced Tech team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in design and delivery of advanced-tech projects and excellent Revit skills. The role involves contributing to architectural design process, creating graphic presentations, and coordinating with clients and consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or equivalent
• 2 - 5 years of related architectural project experience
• Excellent in digital modeling using Revit
• Excellent at preparing presentation material using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes
• State licensure and LEED accreditation a plus
• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and parametric design software
• Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
