Business Analyst

Gentrack is a leading provider of software solutions for the energy and water industries. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in monitoring industry changes and evaluating their impact on Gentrack's products and business. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate insights into ongoing product development and identify opportunities for proactive product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, business analytics or similar
• 5+ years' experience in software development and clear interest in technology
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the industry, ideally gained from working with a utilities provider, consultancy, or government body
• Commercial acumen and understanding of key drivers behind a B2B software business
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to understand and communicate technical and business concepts
