Solution Lead

The Solution Lead ensures technical and architectural excellence across client projects by driving the design, validation, and delivery of scalable software implementations. This role bridges the gap between customer demands for passenger predictability and internal business requirements, complementing the Project Manager and Account Manager by taking ownership of the technical vision.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical delivery, ideally in high-complexity environments like Aviation or Logistics.
• Proven ability to design, review, and approve technical solutions in collaboration with senior consultants.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable working in a structured, client-facing environment.
• Experience in mentoring project teams, promoting technical standards, and driving best-practice adoption.
• Expertise in validating data structures and integrations to ensure long-term technical accuracy.
