Supply Chain Sourcing Specialist - GCG Automation & Factory Solutions - Germantown, WI

We are seeking a Supply Chain Sourcing Specialist to join our growing Supply Chain team! The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through in a deadline-driven environment, with experience in sourcing, quoting, or supply chain operations. The role will involve rapid sourcing, accurate quoting, and maintaining clean data within our ERP system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
• 4+ years of experience in sourcing, quoting, or supply chain operations
• Hands-on experience working within an ERP system (required)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
