As a Business Controller, you will take on a key role in the financial management of the company, creating and analyzing reports, conducting forecasts and planning, and optimizing controlling processes.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling
- Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in an international environment
- Very good knowledge of reporting and planning tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel, ERP systems)
- Experience in planning, forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis
- High communication skills and high self-initiative ('I own it' attitude)
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Very good German and English skills
- Teamwork and structured working method
