Facility Manager (m/f/d) oversees and manages the functional condition of properties, associated technical equipment, and service providers. Ensures compliance with operator and owner obligations, as well as relevant regulations. Manages administration of objects and infrastructure, including technical inventory data and proof documentation.
Requirements
- Degree as a technician/master or completed training in electrical engineering/supply technology (TGA, HKL, MSR) or related field
- Relevant professional experience in facility management/building management
- Commercial affinity and recognition of complex relationships
- Reliability, communication, and organizational talent
- Proficiency in MS-Office programs
- English and German language skills
- Willingness to further develop/train and take on tasks beyond designated department
