Job Summary: The Sales Pro role is for self-motivated, customer-centric representatives who promote NAPA's products and services, expand the business of new and existing customers, and sustain relationships after the sale.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Retail store or outside sales
- 2+ years of experience in a customer focused role and the ability to perform in a quota driven environment
- Valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 4 years
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Background in the Automotive Industry (preferred)
- Leadership skills
