As a Commercial Clerk for Complaints, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries about orders and complaints, and will be responsible for organization and coordination of deliveries and handling of transportation damage, among other tasks.

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training
• First work experience in the described task area (desirable)
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and an ERP system, preferably SAP SD
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Independent, reliable, systematic working style
• Friendly, approachable demeanor
• Flexibility, resistance to stress, quick grasp
