Genworth is looking for a QA/Testing Analyst to support the quality assurance efforts on the Long Term Care claims administration systems. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions to provide world-class customer service. As a QA Analyst, you will work with the LTC Claims Admin application teams to conduct test plan/case reviews, execute test cases, and evaluate and report test results.
