Job Description
GeoComply is seeking a motivated Technical Program Manager to coordinate and execute complex technical projects within a dynamic team. The role involves collaboration with various teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope, and will focus on bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone passionate about technology and focused on problem-solving and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), particularly Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Jira and Confluence.
