Requirements

• Available for at least 32 hours a week
• A completed HBO education and at least 5 years of experience in a comparable HR role
• Thorough knowledge of labor law and current HR legislation
• Experience with HR systems and an affinity with digitalization and process improvement
• Strong communication and advisory skills, both in Dutch and English
• A proactive, independent, and organization-oriented working attitude
