Requirements
- University graduate with 3 years of experience in Surface Logging service as Data Engineer / Specialist or cooperating with R&D
- Demonstrated deep competence and understanding of every aspect of the product/service under his/her responsibility, including technical and commercial ones
- Strong problem-solving attitude on the relevant hardware and software architectures
- Ability to listen and ability to communicate effectively with managers, peers and GEOLOG Organization, both in written and verbally
- Ability to listen and ability to communicate effectively with customer, both in written and verbally. He must be capable to understand their problems and propose effective solutions
- Team player with ability to work within culturally diverse environments
- Availability for international travel
- Demonstrated ability to draft and implement manuals and procedures
- Strong oral and written English essential. Spanish, French an advantage
- Ability to develop strong professional relationships with those he/she interacts with and inspire trust and confidence; diplomatic and persuasive style
- Ability to exercise his/her discretion and independent judgment
- Uses logic to solve problems with effective solutions
- Learns quickly and adapts to new situations and changes
- Is personally committed to continuous improvement
- A high level of drive, creativity and motivation to deal with problems
