GPJ is hiring an Associate Creative Director to join their growing team. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site attendance at one of the Boston or New York City offices at least 2 days/week. The Associate Creative Director will lead the agency in creative ideation and innovative thinking, mentor the creative team, and deliver high-impact design solutions for experiential marketing campaigns.
