Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager is a mission-critical leadership role at GeoStabilization International (GSI). This is not a passive reporting position. This is an ownership role for the integrity, discipline, and scalability of our accounting function in a fast-paced, project-driven construction environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Demonstrated experience leading, managing, and developing accounting professionals
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
• Strong analytical judgment and problem-solving ability—comfortable investigating issues and driving them to resolution
