Job Description
We are looking for experienced concrete sculptors to become the core of our operational side of the business. As a Concrete Sculptor, you will collaborate with soils crews, engineers, and project managers to understand design specifications and ensure seamless integration of sculptural elements into the construction process.
Requirements
- Create sculpted concrete (shotcrete) walls, ensuring accuracy, technical specifications and artistic expression.
- Color, sculpt, carve, and texture concrete surfaces with precision to meet design specifications.
- Finish concrete with attention to detail, ensuring durability and a professional appearance.
- Train and support Sculptor Helpers and other employees with sculpting.
- Adhere to quality, safety and environmental guidelines that align with GSI’S, state and federal guidelines.
