GeoStabilization International is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner, Client Management to lead HR programs and processes, build high-performing teams, and drive business growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an engineering-led organization
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• GPHR, SPHR or PHR certification preferred
• Experience with rapidly changing work environments and ability to work efficiently and with nimbleness
• Coaching and mentoring experience at Senior Leader level
