Project Controls Manager

GeoStabilization International develops and installs innovative solutions that protect people and infrastructure from geohazards. They are seeking a Project Controls Manager to establish and lead the project controls function across construction projects within the GSI umbrella.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in construction project controls, cost control, or project accounting
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, change orders, job cost structures, and revenue recognition
• Experience building or formalizing project controls processes within an organization
• Advanced proficiency with construction accounting systems, project management software, and Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
