Requirements
- Support strategic procurement process
- Execute national, regional, and/or local supplier agreements
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Manage contracts
- Stay abreast of current company practices and procedures
- Adhere to Gerdau’s principles in safety, ethics, culture, diversity, and community in all activities
- Maintain effective relationships with current and new suppliers
- Coordinate activities with procurement, logistics, plant management, operations, maintenance, stores, and accounting personnel
